About the network

Care that follows the patient, not the paperwork.

Ored Health Network is a regional, multi-specialty care network built around a single, coordinated patient record. Our clinicians, technologists, and patient-services teams share one goal: take the friction out of getting good care.

Our story

The network grew out of a community primary-care group that, in the early years, ran on a homegrown patient portal called ORED — the Outpatient Records & Engagement Directory. As the group added specialty clinics and brought new partners into the network, the platform name stuck. When the umbrella organization was formed, the founders kept it.

Today, "Ored" still nods to that original directory — a reminder that the patient record, and the patient's experience of it, sits at the center of what we do.

What we do

We operate four service lines across our region. Each is connected to the others through one chart and one care-coordination team, so referrals, results, and follow-ups don't fall between the cracks. We also publish plain-language patient education in our resources library, written by the same clinicians who see patients in our clinics.

Accreditation & compliance

Our facilities are accredited by The Joint Commission. We comply with HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and state-level patient-privacy regulations. Our systems and patient portal are audited annually under SOC 2 Type II. The full Notice of Privacy Practices is available here.

How to reach us

For appointments, billing questions, or records requests, the fastest path is the patient portal — secure messaging usually gets a same-day reply during business hours. For general inquiries, use the contact form. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
