Common questions
When should I go to the ER instead of urgent care?
Chest pain, signs of stroke (FAST), difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injury with loss of consciousness, or any symptom that feels life-threatening — go to the ER (or call 911). Urgent care is for problems that need same-day attention but aren't emergencies.
Do I need to call ahead?
No appointment is needed. If you want to skip some of the wait, "save your spot in line" through the patient portal — we'll text you when it's almost your turn.
What insurances do you accept?
Most major plans — see our insurance page for the full list. We can also see you on a self-pay basis if you don't have insurance.
Can I get prescriptions at an urgent care visit?
Yes — for acute conditions diagnosed during the visit. We send prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy. For ongoing prescriptions (chronic conditions, controlled substances), please see your primary care provider.
