Message your care team through the patient portal or use the contact form. Tell us the planned procedure and your insurance, and we'll send a written estimate within two business days.
Review & confirm
The estimate breaks down: list price, your insurance's negotiated rate, and your estimated out-of-pocket cost after deductible and coinsurance.
Pay or set up a plan
If the estimate is more than you can pay at once, we offer interest-free monthly payment plans. Financial assistance is available for qualifying patients.
