Common questions
How do I become a new patient?
Request a first appointment through the patient portal or call the clinic line. Bring or transfer prior records — our care team will reconcile your history before your first visit.
Can everything be done over telehealth?
Most routine follow-ups and many acute visits can be virtual. Some things — physicals, vaccinations, lab draws, anything requiring a hands-on exam — need to be in-person. We'll convert the appointment type if needed and won't charge for a virtual visit that has to become in-person.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Same-day appointments are available for established patients. For walk-in care without an appointment, see urgent care.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
New-patient intakes are typically scheduled within two to three weeks. Established patients with acute concerns are usually seen same-day or next-day.
