By accessing this site or the patient and provider portals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Portal access

Patient and provider portals are restricted to accounts issued by Ored Health Network. You agree to keep your credentials confidential, to enroll a second factor, and to report suspected compromise immediately. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe its security, access information you are not authorized to access, or use automated tools against it. Authorized security testing requires a prior written agreement with us.

Communications

Secure messages sent through the portal are part of your medical record. Messages are generally answered within one business day. The portal is not for emergencies.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ored Health Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
